From the start, I felt reassured by the warm, caring, and safe environment you provide. I often visited while she was still napping, and every time I left with only positive feelings. The settling-in period took just about a week, and after that, mornings were tear-free — a true sign of the comfort and trust she felt right away.

As she grew and transitioned into the bigger group, we could see her flourishing. The activities, games, and opportunities to learn new skills have been wonderful for her development. She feels open, free, and truly at home in your care.

We speak 3 languages at home and never seen anywhere else where members of staff have been so supportive and respectful hearing us speak not always just in English.

One of the things we value most is the special bond she has built with staff members and how she takes their guidance to heart.

When I come to pick her up, leaving can be a real challenge — she simply does not want to go home! She literally refuses us to take her, and asks to stay for sleepover.

For us as parents, the natural and open communication with staff members has been invaluable. …….I have often sought advice on matters related to children’s education and everyday challenges, and I always feel listened to, supported, and guided with care. Having had experiences with other nurseries in London, I can honestly say that we have never felt as comfortable, reassured, and warmly welcomed as we do here.

Our daughter has been at Happy Days for almost 6 months and has settled in extremely well. All of the staff are friendly and warm, and the children are noticeably relaxed, happy and confident at the setting.

She has been thriving since joining the Fish room and I feel this is due to the slightly more structured and group activities.

The children are taught responsibility for their actions and belongings and to be kind and respect one another, which really shines through. The atmosphere at the setting is calm, homely but professional – a perfect balance.

Our daughter has been with Happy Days since she was one year old. From day one she has been supported and the team have always created wonderful relationships for her. She is able to approach them for comfort when she needs a safe space. She has also had opportunities to learn new skills and boundaries as she has grown from a baby to a toddler.

We feel like we are listened to as parents and our daughter’s key worker have always made themselves available to talk. We have regular updates on her week so we can link to learning at home. In times of transition, which our daughter finds very difficult, we have had unwavering support from the team. They made careful plans and were happy to meet to discuss how to support her settle in a new environment.

We feel that our daughter has been given opportunities to thrive in her social and emotional development as well as learning more formal skills.

We are very happy with the support we received from this nursery, it is obvious to us how much they care about our daughter and her welfare. We feel confident every day that she is going to be happy and well cared for.

My child is thriving in the Happy Days environment, is always excited to attend and is so positive about her day and who she has spent time with when we catch up at the end of the day. Given she is only two this is amazing to me and I am so thankful to Happy Days and the staff who have made it such a great experience, especially her key workers since the beginning Claire, Abbie and Julie have been exceptional. It is such a comfort to know she is in safe hands and in an environment she feels comfortable in.

I can see my child is progressing well with her speech and socialising which is amazing to see. The staff consistently keep in contact whether this be in person at the beginning or end of day, or on tapestry.

My step-daughters, also went to Happy days on a regular basis and you can tell even now what a positive experience it was for them. They love to drop their sister off and see a place and people that hold such special memories.

My son has been attending Happy Days nursery for over 6 years, and there has not been one day where he hasn’t wanted to go which is pretty amazing!

It is hard as a parent to have to make the decision to leave your child in the hands of others but I have never doubted that he is safe, cared for and having lots of fun! The team at Happy Days have helped instil the all-important principles – sharing, listening, helping, being kind, tidying, patience and have always nurtured his cheeky, lively personality! The flexible, wrap around care has made it possible for me to continue work without any worry for his wellbeing, I genuinely do not know what I would do without them!

The level of communication is spot on, if there has ever been any slight cause of concern with his behaviour, the team have approached this tactfully and proactively.

I don’t think we’ll ever be able to find the right words to express just how grateful we are to you for how well you have cared for our little boy this year. Each and every one of you have played such an important part in our little boy’s first experience of nursery and we honestly thank our lucky stars that he started his journey with you! You are the kindest, warmest and most loving group of staff who have provided the BEST care for him that we could have possibly wished for. He has grown and learnt so much since starting with you in February and that’s a testament to all of your hard work. We really will miss all of you so incredibly much and hope that you get some much deserved rest this summer! The love and care you have given our son is something we will hold close to our hearts forever! His new nursery has a lot to live up to that’s for sure!

I can thoroughly recommend Happy Days childcare. We had never used a nursery before but we needed one for our youngest. I had contacted a couple but this one stood out. They are so friendly and welcoming that as soon as spoke to Debbie I knew I would be booking our daughter in. Then we had a visit and I didn’t hesitate to say yes and I took the forms away there and then to fill in and told my husband I had booked her in. Our daughter is so happy to be dropped off and I know she’s having fun all day. We’ve noticed such a change in her and her development since she started, she’s so chatty now and she’s come on so well. Our eldest daughter is desperate to come to holiday club which we are definitely going to be booking her and her sister in for. She loves reading the book which tells us what her sister has been doing that day and is envious! The staff are all really friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell it’s not just a job to them, they love the children. My husband and I will always be so grateful to Happy Days for everything they have done for our youngest daughter. So glad we have found you!

Happy Days Childcare is an amazing nursery, the staff are so caring and helpful. They really appreciate working parents busy lifestyles and do their every best to accommodate us parent’s needs. They are flexible and are always there to fill in the gaps. For example, giving your child the care and attention they need and are there 100% even for things we don’t get round to do in the morning or in our day. My daughter has been at Happy Days for 2 years and still attends for holiday club. We both really miss them as you become like a little family. When my daughter is there I always have peace of mind. Just attended Mini First Aid course at Happy Days Nursery ?   ?      Most worthwhile 2 hours I’ve spent in a long time. I can highly recommend this course. It covers CPR, Choking, Burns, Bleeding, Shock, Meningitis, Febrile Convulsions, Bumps to the head, Broken Bones and more. Even if you’ve done a first aid course, you can never know it all and this course is specific from babies to bigger kids so it’s definitely worth doing! Dads would definitely benefit from attending…. my hubby certainly will if Happy Days host the course again. Thanks again to Happy Days Nursery for being current, relevant and giving us parents the opportunity to learn and keep our children safe

An extremely good nursery. When we moved to the area, Happy Days was closest to us and I am very glad it was. Very friendly and helpful staff, a great meal menu and always doing activities with the children, in out and around the premises. Much more than I expected from a nursery. Our son was more than ready for primary school. I would be extremely likely to Recommend Happy Days Childcare.

Thank you so much for putting on such a fabulous party! My youngest daughter absolutely loved it and it made her feel special as she had her own disco to go to just like her big sister at school.
