At Happy Days we encourage children to encounter risks within a safe and controlled way (see our Risk Assessment policy). Staff have been trained to plan activities that allow children to have new experiences and learn to respect potentially hazardous situations. Here you will see children aged 3 years and up toasting marshmallows in our garden. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and learnt a lot about safety.
